After hosting with another host, that was so slow, i decided to change to DHW, and found the service very professional.. I recently returned to this host due to an excellent offer, and plus i required a host..
I previously owned crazyshooter.com, and had that hosted with these people. After 3 months i decided to pack it in, because i have no time to run it. The admins was very helpfull in closing the account down. And didn't moan at all.
A month of two after that, i bought a new domain, talkmods.com, this meant i needed hosting.. I went to Tang, and asked if they could do me a custom offer, but then when he said there was an even better offer for a way better price, i was amazed. There was a bit of conffusion at first, due to the domain i used, but we soon cleared that up.
Also at the start of talkmods.com there was a series of spiking, due to a suspected account having to much space or whatever it was.. My seccetary emailed the support team, and they got a reply in less than 5 minutes. Soon after that, they realised it was a script that was installed wrongly. The admins sorted this problem out, and i have had no trouble since.
Another major thing, is that when i lost all of my site, due to an accident in the cpanel, i spoke to my host and asked if they did have an emergancy backup of my database.. Amazingly they had one of the day i removed the site..
So all in all this is an excellent host.. I would definatlly recommend this to other people.
